Sandy Newman acts as general manager and keeps the business running from the home office. As the wife of Chef John, Sandy has been involved in the restaurant business for many years. Sous Chef Faitha Hearing is a graduate of the Western Culinary Institute, Portland and has worked with Bon Appetite and Red Robin. Faitha completed her externship with Martin Hospitality, working under Chef John at the Stephanie Inn.

Pastry Chef Nancy Williams is also a graduate of Western Culinary Institute, Portland. She is a fourth generation Clatsop County resident who trained with Chef John at the Stephanie Inn.
